In “IMMORTAL: Gates of Pyre” you will play as an Immortal, a being with earth-crushing powers and an army at their command. Immortals take many shapes and sizes, from towering angels to bloodthirsty hunters, armed bandits, and everything in-between. Each Immortal wields earth-crushing powers, all of which are now yours to wield.

ANGELIC EMPIRE OF Q’RATH

ORZUM:

“May Pyre never set on our righteous Banners! May the stars bear eternal witness to our glory! Shar’Q’rath!”

A colossal archangel clad in star-forged armor, Orzum, Arash of Reclamation, is an imposing presence, feared and revered throughout the Empire. The eldest of the Godhead’s children, Orzum carries a burden few truly understand. Through endless campaigns, he has brought mortal kind under the safety and just law of Q’rath. Since the Godhead’s mysterious disappearance, it has fallen to Orzum to hold the line until his Lord’s prophesied return. For Orzum, there can be no glory without sacrifice.

The Arash of Deliverance is a living embodiment of the Godhead Aros’ compassion for mortal kind. Ajari inspires fervor, her sacred ministries and legions of faithful were responsible for nurturing the development of the Empire as it became larger and stronger. With Aros absent and the empire beset by crisis, Ajari stands in her full power to rally the righteous. For the Arash of Deliverance, without the faithful, the Empire will crumble.

ARU MATRIARCHY

MALA:

The Blood Prophet Mala is many things for her people. She is their savior from the oppression they endured at the hands of their parent civilization, the Iratek, and a living symbol for their rebirth as the Aru. Blessed with visions from the God Tree Herself, Mala leads the Aru Matriarchy, wielding the devastating power of the Blood Mother. Informed by these dreams, Mala knows that the Worthy Aru will soon be tested, and the God Tree’s domain will stretch across worlds and stars.

XOL:

The first Aru True-Born, Xol is the God Tree’s greatest weapon. Possessed by visions of her people’s greatest future hunts, Xol and her wolf-sister Eku push the Aru far beyond their homeland, pursuing the Worthiest beasts for Laculathon’s arsenal. Her purist ideals of the Great Hunt put her at odds with Mala, her mother, and the vain Matriarchy she has built. To Xol, the God Tree Laculathon is sacred because She is the purest expression of life, unburdened by the ego of civilization.

Each Immortal will have unique powers and units are their command, as well as a deep and complex story to tell. Which Immortal will you embody?
